Rude receptionist. I developed a nasty cold on Sunday and had an appointment here first thing on Monday. I knew I needed to contact them to let them know of my condition but of course, they were shut on Sunday, as listed online, so logically I thought, nobody would answer the phone then. I’ll have to ring as soon as they open and hope for some grace. I finally got through to them half an hour after they opened, and was met with the most impolite customer service I’ve ever had in my 20 years on this earth. She interrupted me, didn’t want to hear me out or anything, just pushed that ‘it’s policy’ and they would be charging me a late notice fee. She asked if I wanted to rebook and to my dismay, I said no. I like the dentists here, but that attitude put me right off. Her tone was like she enjoyed rubbing her authority in my face. Whoever was working first thing Monday 27th of November needs a lesson on being polite. I was so upset and disappointed. Usually I have positive experiences with the staff here. Super sad. I’d been looking forward to my appointment here too, it’s not my fault I got ill. I hope management can see that this situation is plain unfair!
